Project unites many spheres of life of a modern city resident. You can open your own showroom, cafe, have a gastronomic or musical festival; rent an office space with access to roof or a loft space for a studio.

There will be 25 000 sq. meters of space, including about 50 retail spaces, 130 office spaces, 40 loft residents on the territory of the bakery.

«Hlebozavod» project differs from the rest of art clusters by it's constructivism approach that reminds us the epoch of vanguard art.

Constructivism and social architecture were used during the forming of the territory. Main advantages of every building here and the territory as a whole are functionality and multitasking. Residents of «Hlebozavod» can interact with each other freely. On the territory will be made cycling paths, pedestrian routs, objects for visitors to rest, common park zone, special spaces for marketplaces, exhibitions and other activities.
